Cody Hanson, Junior Technician

Cody joined BitRemedy in late 2018 with an interest in learning more about computer hardware.

A true tinkerer at heart, he’s working on several projects at once – such as his early gen Honda Insight, printing new designs with his 3d printer, and retweaking his ‘sleeper’ gaming computer built in a beige case from the early 2000s.

Tyler Green, eBay Shipping Team Member

Tyler has been with BitRemedy since early 2017.

With an attention to detail that few people possess, he makes sure every package that gets sent out arrives exactly as it’s described.

When he’s not packaging shipments for our customers, he can often be seen talking about One Piece, practicing his game programming skills, or begging with the owner to purchase more rolls of bubble wrap.

Michael Adamson, eBay Team Manager

Michael has been with BitRemedy since early 2017, when he originally volunteered to paint artwork on the walls of our original retail store (the 9318 South 700 East location).

From answering customer service questions, to listing mountains of obscure computer components, Mike is an expert in all things eBay.

When he’s not at work, he can often be found discussing Mechwarrior, Battletech c3 targeting computers, or participating in tabletop gaming.

John Johnson, Senior Technician

John Johnson joined BitRemedy in Early 2018.

While he is a new team member, he has been working with BitRemedy for almost 2 years under a different employer – and has an extensive history working with computers and technology.

He can often be seen working on our FOG server, blowing the dust out of a mountain of Dell computers, or showing customers/the new guy how to install a desktop component.

Sean Sullivan, Senior Hardware Technician

Owner, Lead Purchasing

sean-sullivan1Sean is the founder, owner, and president of BitRemedy. Sean is passionate about making sure that not only the customer is satisfied but also the team of talented employees he leads. Sean holds a B.S. of Marketing from Westminster College, where he was a former employee of the I.T. Department. After learning how the recycling process worked for electronic waste, Sean saw great potential for something greater than just recycling. After purchasing some of the computers that were destined to be broken down for recycling, he refurbished many of the computers and was able to make a small business out of his garage. Sean’s personal mission is to find creative ways to reduce, recycle, and reuse in all aspects of life. Some of his hobbies include entrepreneurism, arcades, and working on all sorts of gaming related projects.
