Shipping

We ship for free on all orders.

We ship using UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, and sometimes USPS Priority Mail - depending on what is cheapest.

We take up to 3 business days to pick, pack, and have your order dispatched. We are a small business and fulfill all orders in person. Please note, Business Days exclude all Federal Holidays and weekends (Only Monday-Friday count).

We don't ship using overnight shipping methods.

We can't ship overseas. We only ship to the continental US (US48).

Return Time Period

We offer 45 day returns on products, starting from date of purchase.

 

How to Start

To start a return, please contact us at "returns@bitremedy.com".

Please include you Order Number so we can look up your information.

Include any information, such as the reason for the return and what items you
are returning.

 

Shipping it Back

When returning an item, please package the item up as safely as possible so we can receive it in the same condition that it was sent.

Please include the original invoice, a letter, or other information with your return item so we can look up the order.

Include the Order Number in the package, on a letter - or written in sharpie/marker near the shipping label with the letters
"RMA" before the number.

 

For example, if your order number was "2030163501"
"RMA 2030163501"

 

Typically, once the return has been received - we take up to 2 business days to process your return and refund the method of payment. If you paid with Square, we'll refund to the card used. If you purchased with PayPal, we'll refund via PayPal.

 

Who Pays?

If you are returning an item that works, the buyer pays return shipping.

 

If you are returning an item that does not work as described, or otherwise is not what you were expecting - we will gladly give you a return shipping label.
