We do not support export outside the United States. Please do not ask us to remove invoices to avoid customs taxes. If you purchased the item and have any issue - we must receive the item back in order for return or replacement. If you purchase the item and it has traveled outside the United States, your warranty is VOID. No exceptions.
We ensure the warranty of the item to address that we shipped to - and have packaged the item for delivery to a United States address. We absolutely do not support freight forwarders. If you purchase an item, and it is shipped to you via freight forwarder, we cannot refund the item until we receive the item back. We also cannot do a partial refund on an order that is exported out. If you export your purchase, it limits our ability to help if there are problems.
We will only help you drop ship the item out IF you contact us before placing the order. We ship all orders using eBay tape - and ship all orders with invoice including pricing. Please message us in eBay - or - leave a message during checkout.
If an order is placed - then we are contacted after, it is likely our shipping department not see your request in time and it will be shipped out with invoice and with eBay tape.
Out of eBay Sales Policy:
